Our vision is to develop young boys age 12-18, into men of good
character and integrity. We will do this by creating in them solid physical,
emotional and spiritual foundations that will result in healthy relationships,
improved academic achievement, strong leadership capabilities
and economic empowerment.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to connect young boys in need of positive male leadership with a qualified mentor who will coach him in the ways of life. One-on-one mentoring, social activities, sporting events, and biblical & personal instruction will culminate with the demonstration and practice of real-life application by “doing life together.”
WHO WE ARE
B.A.M. Inc. is an organization that matches godly men with boys who do not have a godly role model in their life -
to turn them into godly leaders, fathers, husbands, and businessmen when they become adults.
Their new spiritual foundation will result in healthy relationships, improved academic achievement, strong leadership capabilities, and economic empowerment. It will also result in reductions in juvenile delinquency, incarceration, drug/alcohol abuse, high school drop-outs, teen pregnancy, and sexually transmitted diseases.
Men must step into their rightful place in the spirit realm for healing to happen in families, society and the church,
and we must begin with our young boys.
B.A.M. Inc. is not limited to a specific social class, race or ethnicity. Our vision is to reach urban, suburban, and country-club communities. Churches in various communities will be contacted and presentations will be made to congregations to encourage godly men to apply to be mentors. Schools, youth organizations, youth athletic programs, etc will be contacted to identify boys who need mentoring.
Mentors will be given specific guidelines in the mentoring process to ensure all objectives are being met,
primarily that gospel-centered life-change is being produced.
